Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 10, 2015 each of Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LP and FTAI Offshore Holdings L.P. made a pro rata distribution to existing investors, in connection with the expiration of the lock-up agreements entered into with the underwriters of the issuer's initial public offering.

2. Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure GP LLC is the general partner of Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LP and FTAI Offshore Holdings L.P. The amount of securities indirectly held by Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure GP LLC include 713,694 shares owned by Fortress Worldwide Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LP and 34,950 shares owned by FTAI Offshore Holdings L.P.
